Specializing in a planning-based approach to your money, she and her Lead Advisor work with clients to design investment portfolios to meet their needs. Additionally, Mica works on a team of Dave Ramsey’s SmartVestor Pros because, like Dave, she focuses on helping clients live their lives debt-free and financially independent.

Mica is a Financial Management and Business Administration graduate from Franklin University with a passion for helping others achieve financial security, particularly when it comes to retirement planning. Currently studying to become an Enrolled Agent (EA), Mica is committed to expanding her expertise in tax preparation and financial advising to better serve her clients and community.

Living in Lucas, Ohio, Mica enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, family, and friends. She is also an active 4-H advisor, teaching kids valuable life skills and the importance of community involvement. Outside of work and volunteering, Mica loves going on road trips, traveling to new places, taking peaceful outdoor walks, and diving into a good book. She attends North Bend Church.
