Mica Dauch believes that meeting clients’ financial and investment needs starts with building strong, lasting relationships. She takes the time to truly listen, recognizing that every client’s financial situation and future goals are unique. As a Fiduciary Associate Financial Advisor with Whitaker-Myers Wealth Managers, Mica is committed to always putting her clients’ best interests first.

Offering a wide range of investment and planning services, Mica focuses on a planning-based approach to money management. Working closely with her Lead Advisor, she helps clients implement investment portfolios tailored to their individual goals, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives. Additionally, Mica works on a team of Dave Ramsey’s SmartVestor Pros because, like Dave, she focuses on helping clients live their lives debt-free and financially independent.

Mica holds a degree in Financial Management and Business Administration from Franklin University and has a strong passion for helping others build financial security, particularly in retirement planning. She is currently studying to become an Enrolled Agent (EA), further expanding her knowledge in tax preparation and financial advising to better serve her clients and community.

Living in Lucas, Ohio, Mica enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. She is an active 4-H advisor, teaching youth valuable life skills and the importance of community involvement. Outside of work and volunteering, Mica enjoys road trips, traveling to new places, peaceful outdoor walks, and getting lost in a good book. She attends North Bend Church.
