Megan brings a strong background in banking, operations, and client service to her role as Compliance Specialist at Whitaker‑Myers. With a commitment to excellence and a heart for serving others, she plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s processes remain efficient, accurate, and compliant.

Prior to joining the team, Megan spent several years in the financial industry, serving in management at National City Bank and later working in Fraud & Deposit Recovery at PNC Bank. Her attention to detail and ability to navigate complex systems have been central to her success in both banking and compliance.

Over the last eight years, Megan has also dedicated her time to the field of education, most recently serving as the Elementary Secretary at Mansfield Christian School. In addition, she also leads the school’s Girls Basketball Program, now entering her eighth season as Head Coach. Megan is passionate about using the game of basketball as a platform to invest in the lives of her players, helping them grow not only as athletes, but also as confident, capable, and strong young women in Christ.

Megan lives in Ontario, Ohio with her husband, John‑Mark, and their three children: Bella, Nash, and Landrie. She is a member and Deaconess at Westwood Alliance Church, where she has faithfully served in the toddler room, the Awana Program, HOPE Ministry, and the Details Team.
